Penile Enlargement

Being well endowed isn't just an option for women these days! If a man has a small penis or wants
to enhance what nature gave him, up to 6 centimetres can be added to its length using the latest
surgical techniques; its thickness can be increased too.
How is it done? A surgeon specializing in these techniques will use the patient's own tissue
to lengthen and thicken the penis.
Recovery? About one to two weeks.
What does lengthening entail? The basic premise here is that a portion (1/4 – 1/3) of the penis is retro-pubic
(behind the pubic bone). If this segment can be brought forward, external length is achieved. There may also be an element
of direct tissue stretching that can be achieved over time, as in other tissue distraction techniques.
There are two restraining or check ligaments, the fundiform ligament and the suspensory ligament. Both of these ligaments must be released.
It may not possible to release the entire deepest portion of the suspensory ligament without entering the urethra, but this last bit can be
stretched both at surgery and later with external weights. This is a meticulous dissection, and I feel should only be done with magnification.
At times Gortex or derma fat has been placed in the area of release to prevent re-adherence. Recently, progressive enlargement of this space with
tissue expanders has been utilized. A supra-pubic horizontal, or a midline vertical skin incision is employed.
What does increasing girth entail? Girth enhancement is usually performed by injecting fat from another body area into the penis.
Often, this fat is absorbed within a few months, requiring reinjection again. Some men acquire lumpy deposits, which look and feel strange.
Another girth enhancement method is a dermal graft. Eye-shaped slices of skin are removed from where the buttocks meet the thighs and then sewn into the penis.
